Community and a sense of “Tribe” is integral to how we as humans interact and thrive. During this season of The Harbor we will focus on understanding the importance of and developing a tribe of like-minded men that drive an impact on our various communities we are a part of.

Matthew shares his experience of his mission trip to Juarez, Mexico and how to tie serving into your why. He challenges us to develop our why through the 5 why’s exercise and use that why as fuel to serve others with the gifts we have been given.

Tyler helps us to become better leaders by showing us how we find our place in the passive to aggressive spectrum. The best place to be is in the middle and become assertive. Assertive leadership comes with a mindset of being curious not furious and clear over unclear.

Justin didn’t hold back in his talk what it means to be a servant leader in your home, work and community. He lays out the characteristics of a servant leadership and ties in the three characteristics from the Tribe Fly-Wheel, competence, connectedness, and authenticity.

Special guest Mike Webb shared the traits that the accounts of the saints have in common, and encouraged us to spend time in self-reflection every day and live with conviction, compassion, and courage.

Nick Blair walked the group through the next piece of the Tribe Fly-Wheel: Authenticity, and kicked off a discussion about the importance of living life authentically.
